Partners in Prevention Hygiene Program - Beautiful, healthy smiles start here!

Since 1999, Waugh & Allen has promoted a formal program for better oral hygiene while a patient undergoes orthodontic treatment. This nationally recognized oral hygiene program was developed by Tracy Vitug, R.D.H., and is known as the Partners in Prevention. The goal of this program is for the orthodontic office to partner with the general dentist and dental hygienist to improve hygiene care for the orthodontic patients and prevent hygiene problems that can be associated with braces. Included in the program are one-on-one visits with a Registered Dental Hygienist, patient care recommendations, tailored hygiene products, fluoride treatments, patient oral hygiene education classes, and more! In 2008, the program expanded to include Brite Brace Care^SM.
